• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

• Bookings can be made via website, app, or phone
• Technician will be assigned after confirmation
• Estimated cost and time may vary after inspection

4. Pricing & Payments

• Charges depend on service type and location
• Final cost may change after inspection
• Payment modes: UPI, Card, Wallet, Cash
• Service will be completed after payment confirmation

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation before technician dispatch
• Charges apply after dispatch
• Refund processed within 5–7 working days

6. Service Time

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or remote location. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage
• No responsibility for indirect losses
• Customer must verify repair before completion

8. Warranty Policy

• Limited warranty on repairs/parts (if applicable)
• Does not cover misuse or unauthorized repairs

• No false information
• No illegal activities
• No misuse of technicians
